Group coaching begins April 8th with weekly zoom calls.
The actual group coaching topics will be determined by the participants.
Upon enrolling, you will receive a questionnaire to explore where you are at in your healing, where you need support and where you need to grow. Based on the responses, the program will be curated to be a more personal experience.
Here is a look at how the 6 weeks could flow:
I'm sure you have noticed that each step towards healing and growing you take - the enemy is there wanting to take you out. Here we will discover his main tactics and how to overcome them
We are made mind, body and soul. In this week we will address how the body stores emotional, mental and spiritual wounds and prepare to heal them. The ending Retreat weekend will offer in person somatic processing.
After addressing the body, we will look at how we can renew our minds and rewire our brains with both scripture and neuroscience science.
We cannot fully thrive as daughters of the King if our spirits are not appropriately aligned - and surrendered - to God. This week will look at how we make that happen.
To live a bold, thriving and abundant life of purpose we need to walk in God confidence! Learn how to do that - and what holds us back.
Discover the habits required to thrive in life in all areas - including how to stay consistent with them.
Spend 2 nights in a beautiful retreat house with all meals provided by a private chef, who is a nutritionist that specializes in hormone health.
Engage in worship, devotions, somatic movement, workshops and plenty of time on your own to relax and unwind.

Stay in a beautiful 7-bedroom farmhouse in Prince Edward County, on more than a dozen acres of land, complete with an old barn and wheat fields, and a private forest leading to hundreds of feet of secluded waterfront.
*Transportation from Toronto International Airport to the retreat will be provided. Please note that if a participant decides to fly in early, or extend their trip, they will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the retreat location.
